ZYCI offers additive manufacturing solutions for both polymer and metal parts, with a focus on end-use quality, accountability, and integration with downstream manufacturing.

We produce polymer additive parts in-house, delivering high-quality components in a wide range of engineering-grade thermoplastics and elastomers. In many applications, these parts can achieve surface finish and performance that rival low-volume injection molding—without the cost or lead time of tooling.

For metal additive manufacturing, ZYCI works with a network of vetted, qualified partner facilities. This approach allows us to select the most appropriate metal additive process for each application while maintaining control over quality, schedule, and overall execution.

It is important to note that most metal additively manufactured parts require post-processing and machining to achieve final tolerances, surface finish, and functional features. Our customers value not having to coordinate multiple suppliers for printing, machining, inspection, and finishing. ZYCI manages the entire process, from printed part through final machining, inspection, and delivery.

If your product is high value and low volume, additive manufacturing may be an excellent solution. ZYCI brings deep experience in evaluating when additive manufacturing is appropriate—and when conventional processes are the better choice.

We offer rapid turnaround for both polymer and metal additive parts for commercial and industrial applications. Using state-of-the-art additive technologies, we support functional prototypes and low-volume production. When required, all post-processing, secondary machining, and quality inspections are handled by ZYCI to deliver complete, production-ready parts.
