CNC Machining
3-, 4- and 5-axis milling, turning with integrated milling, multi-tasking, Swiss turning, wire EDM and EDM drilling.
In-House Metal Finishing
A dedicated 12,000 sq ft facility for passivation, chromate conversion, anodize, precision cleaning, wet paint and dry film lube.
Additive Manufacturing
Polymer parts printed in-house and metal parts through qualified partners — finished by machining, inspected and delivered by ZYCI.
Laser Marking
Permanent marking of part numbers, serial numbers, logos and 2D codes without the stresses of impact or dot-peen marking.
Supply Chain & Surge Capacity
An AS9100-approved partner network for redundancy, surge capacity and niche processes — with ZYCI always the responsible party.
