ZYCI has extensive laser marking and laser engraving capabilities. Laser marking lightly etches the surface without creating the stresses inherent in impact and mechanical marking methods. The terms laser marking, etching, and engraving are used interchangeably.
Because marking is done in-house, it stays in the same workflow as machining and finishing.

Hybrid laser oscillation
The HYBRID laser marker combines the advantages of both FIBER and YVO4 laser oscillation methods in one product.

Built-in 2D code reader and verifier
Marked 2D codes are read, verified and graded with the marker’s built-in camera — no separate device — and the result can be output to signify a Good or No Good mark.

Automatic focusing
The built-in camera focuses automatically even when parts are not at exactly the same focal length, eliminating the need for external tooling.
